Philip Caltabiano may be new to the Luxely team, but he’s no stranger to the Greater Houston area. He was born and raised in Friendswood and is especially familiar with the Pearland, Friendswood, and League City neighborhoods. He also has extensive experience in buying and selling homes, having gone through the process himself a half-dozen times.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice at Sam Houston State University in 2002, Philip progressed to a 20-year career in purchasing and supply chain management and certification in production and inventory management. His background has given him intimate knowledge of all the intricacies of contracts and negotiations, as well as highly developed professional and personal values of reliability, loyalty, and transparent communication.

Just as important as his business acumen is Philip’s enthusiasm for real estate and ability to draw close to his clients. “I’m all about creating new relationships in my life,” he says. “The negotiating and selling experience during the sales process of a home is one of the most exciting things a person does in life.”

In his spare time, Philip enjoys golfing, hiking, snowboarding, and fishing. But his favorites are whatever sports his children are playing.
