Highly motivated real estate agent Maira Quintanilla has an analytical mind, and she loves the complexities that often come with real estate transactions. She enjoys solving problems, and she is committed to meeting buyer and seller needs in Greater Houston.

Born and raised in Houston, Maira has worked in the real estate industry since 2012, and much of her background is in the financial side of the profession. She previously worked in mortgage servicing, helping clients to prevent foreclosures via loan modifications, short sales, and deed in lieu. In this role, she learned to negotiate for buyers, and as a sales agent, she further uses this insight to help buyers if they get into tough situations.

As a real estate agent, Maira is driven by the gratification she receives in helping others achieve their goal of homeownership. She enjoys working with all buyers and sellers, including retirees, first-time buyers, military service members, renters, and investors. Regardless of their circumstances, she upholds her core values of integrity and respect with every interaction.

Away from work, Maira is a loving mother and appreciates the flexibility afforded by her successful real estate career. In addition to spending time with her family, she enjoys volunteering at animal shelters. She is also passionate about helping organizations that provide aid to children and empower women.
